Starry Cupcake Tower

This cupcake tower was ordered for a 32nd birthday celebration.  The regular-size cupcakes were bubblegum flavour decorated with a double-height swirl of buttercream and a star topper in bright colours.  The ripple-iced cutting cake was a 5-layer rainbow cake iced with stars and swirls and decorated with the birthday girl's name and wired numbers/presents.

Hearts Wedding Cupcakes

This cupcake tower was ordered for a wedding with a purple theme.  The cupcakes were regular-sized vanilla (with frilly piped icing and embossed heart topper) and choc-vanilla (with piped swirl of icing and two upright hearts), and the tower was finished off with a ripple-iced cutting cake topped with silk flowers provided by the client.

Rose Cupcakes & Cake

These cakes were ordered for a surprise engagement party.  The regular-size cupcakes were red velvet and were topped with hand-piped roses*, and the ripple-iced cutting cake was one of our 5-layer rainbow cakes* iced to match and topped with large hand-piped roses.

Simple Swirls Wedding Cupcakes (Red & Yellow)

These cupcakes were ordered for a wedding in a red & yellow colour scheme.  The regular-size cupcakes were red velvet with red and/or yellow piped icing, and the fondant-covered cutting cake was also red velvet.  The lovely bride emailed me the photo below of the cake setup on the day (photo taken by a professional photographer - not the property of The Perfect Dozen Cupcakery) with the topper added by the clients.

Tiny Hearts Ombre Cupcake Tower

Cupcake tower ordered for a wedding: regular-size cupcakes with varying shades of blush pink icing (from pale to dark) and tiny heart toppers. The flavours chosen were black forest, red velvet, choc-vanilla, and pecan fudge brownie (in our gluten friendly version), and a chocolate fondant-covered cutting cake left blank for the addition of fresh flowers on top.

Cupcake tower ordered for a wedding with a royal blue and ivory colour scheme: mini-size cupcakes baked in silver liners and topped with a blue blossom, or covered with embossed fondant* and topped with an ivory blossom.  The flavours chosen were white chocolate, and orange poppyseed for the cupcakes and chocolate for the fondant-covered cutting cake.

Ombre Birthday Presents Cupcake Tower

Cupcake tower ordered for a purple & silver themed 21st birthday party: regular-size cupcakes with ombre purple present toppers and silver glitter; the flavours chosen were red velvet, choc-vanilla, carrot cake and vanilla, with a caramel ripple-iced cutting cake to top the tower.

Mini Frills & Rosebuds Cupcake Tower

This cupcake tower was ordered for a wedding with a neutral colours and green theme.  The mini-size cupcakes were piped with frillystyle icing and half the cupcakes were topped with hand-piped rosebuds (flavours chosen were chocolate, mocha, blueberry and vanilla).  The ripple-iced cutting cake was vanilla, and had a lace ribbon at the base and was left blank on top for the addition of flowers by the couple.

Pirate "Smash" Cakes

Chocolate cutting cakes for twin boys' 1st birthday.  The cakes featured rosette-piped finish, pirate toppers and message banner on the front.  These delectable chocolate cakes were ordered as 'smash cakes' for each of the boys to destroy and 'smash up' all by themselves at their pirate party!

Baby Things & Bows Cupcakes

These mini-sized choc-vanilla cupcakes and a ripple-iced raspberry & white chocolate cutting cake were ordered for a girl baby shower.  The decorations featured pink and ivory baby things (bottles, bibs, onesies, nappy pins) on the cupcakes and a handmade bow and "it's a girl!' on the cutting cake.

Mini Hearts Cupcake Tower

This cupcake tower was ordered for a Valentine's themed engagement party.  The vanilla and chocolate mini-sized cupcakes, and smooth-iced caramel cutting cake were adorned with mini red hearts to match with the party theme.

Number Hearts & Polka Dots Cupcake Tower

This cupcake tower was ordered for a pink-themed 18th birthday celebration.  The cupcakes were regular-sized cookies & cream with ivory and pink icing and number heart toppers, and a vanilla fondant-covered cutting cake with the birthday girl's name embossed on the front, and a spray of wired hearts at the top.

Rainbow Layer Cake

Our 5-layer rainbow cakes are now available by custom order. The outside decorations of the cake can be customised to any style or design, but the prettiest part by far is cutting into the cake to reveal the rainbow coloured vanilla layers inside!
