Hearts Wedding Cupcakes

This cupcake tower was ordered for a wedding with a purple theme.  The cupcakes were regular-sized vanilla (with frilly piped icing and embossed heart topper) and choc-vanilla (with piped swirl of icing and two upright hearts), and the tower was finished off with a ripple-iced cutting cake topped with silk flowers provided by the client.

Mini Hearts Cupcake Tower

This cupcake tower was ordered for a Valentine's themed engagement party.  The vanilla and chocolate mini-sized cupcakes, and smooth-iced caramel cutting cake were adorned with mini red hearts to match with the party theme.

This cupcake tower was ordered for an engagement party with a lavender theme. Regular-size cupcakes included: lime & coconut (with ivory icing and lavender monogrammed disc), mocha (with lavender and ivory cutout hearts), choc-mint (with lavender linked hearts), blueberry (with lavender buttercream and ivory linked hearts), vanilla (with lavender buttercream and ivory monogrammed disc) and caramel (with ivory and lavender cutout hearts).

Pink, Brown & White Engagement Dessert Buffet Table

While I usually don't post photos of my dessert buffets on this blog, this one I am particularly proud of so thought I would share some pictures! This pink, brown and white themed dessert buffet (sometimes known as a dessert table, lolly buffet, lolly bar, candy table, or candy buffet!)

was for an engagement party held at Burke & Wills' Warrego Room.

The line-up included: homemade raspberry marshmallows, meringues, pecan fudge brownies, choc-vanilla cupcakes (with pale pink scroll heart decorations), peanut butter choc haystacks, a vanilla rosette cutting cake, musk mini cupcakes (with tiny heart toppers), choc-chip m&m cookies, vanilla bean sugar cookies (interlocked heart shapes with embossed fondant covering), choc-mint fudge and white choc coconut truffles. A selection of lollies including pink piglets, musks, clinkers, strawberry shakes, sour cola bottles, and marshmallows finished off the sweet display.

Dessert tables are ideal sweet finishes to any event and can serve not only as dessert for guests, but also as take-home bonbonniere with noodle boxes or bags provided to be filled with lollies. Prices for dessert buffets are upon application. Please allow at least one month's notice when booking.

Heart & Monogram Disc Engagement Cupcakes

A combination of chocolate mini cupcakes (topped with silver lustred discs overpiped with the couples initials), cookies & cream cupcakes (with piped hot pink hearts) and a cookies & cream cutting cake make up this hot pink, silver and brown themed engagement cupcake tower.

Gold, Silver, Black & White Engagement Cupcakes

This cupcake tower was ordered for an engagement party with a gold, silver, black and white theme. The large cupcakes were cookies & cream (white buttercream with gold and silver hearts embossed with the couples' initials) and raspberry & white chocolate (covered in black fondant with a gold and silver heart), and the cutting cake was a ripple-iced white chocolate cake decorated with the couples' names.

Burgundy & Silver Engagement Party Cupcakes

Raspberry & white chocolate mini cupcakes and caramel mud cutting cake for an engagement party with a burgundy and silver heart theme. The heart decorations were painted with silver lustre to give them sparkle.

Black & White Engagement Party Mini Cupcakes

 Mini cupcakes for an engagement party with a black and white theme. The flavours included passionfruit (black disc with initials), caramel mud (covered in black fondant and drizzled with white chocolate) and vanilla (black fondant initial).

Pastel Swirl Mini Cupcakes

These rainbow pastel mini cupcakes were also ordered for an engagement party as part of a dessert buffet. The flavours - all with a chocolate theme - from left were: cookies & cream, choc-caramel, choc-mint, white chocolate and mocha.

Brown & White Engagement Cupcakes

These large cupcakes were ordered for an engagement party with a brown and white theme. The cupcakes were vanilla (double hearts), chocolate (couple's initials on a chocolate disc), choc-vanilla (white hearts) and raspberry & white chocolate (couple's initials). All decorations were hand-made and hand-piped from fondant and chocolate.
