Simple Swirls Wedding Cupcakes (Red & Yellow)

These cupcakes were ordered for a wedding in a red & yellow colour scheme.  The regular-size cupcakes were red velvet with red and/or yellow piped icing, and the fondant-covered cutting cake was also red velvet.  The lovely bride emailed me the photo below of the cake setup on the day (photo taken by a professional photographer - not the property of The Perfect Dozen Cupcakery) with the topper added by the clients.

Tiny Hearts Ombre Cupcake Tower

Cupcake tower ordered for a wedding: regular-size cupcakes with varying shades of blush pink icing (from pale to dark) and tiny heart toppers. The flavours chosen were black forest, red velvet, choc-vanilla, and pecan fudge brownie (in our gluten friendly version), and a chocolate fondant-covered cutting cake left blank for the addition of fresh flowers on top.

Blossoms & Embossing Wedding Cupcakes (Blue & Ivory)

Cupcake tower ordered for a wedding with a royal blue and ivory colour scheme: mini-size cupcakes baked in silver liners and topped with a blue blossom, or covered with embossed fondant* and topped with an ivory blossom.  The flavours chosen were white chocolate, and orange poppyseed for the cupcakes and chocolate for the fondant-covered cutting cake.

Number Hearts & Polka Dots Cupcake Tower

This cupcake tower was ordered for a pink-themed 18th birthday celebration.  The cupcakes were regular-sized cookies & cream with ivory and pink icing and number heart toppers, and a vanilla fondant-covered cutting cake with the birthday girl's name embossed on the front, and a spray of wired hearts at the top.

White/Ivory Wedding Minis

A selection of the minis ordered for a wedding cupcake tower: vanilla (with handpiped buttercream rosebuds and white hearts) and chocolate (with embossed fondant, and plain fondant overpiped with a swirl) accompanied a chocolate fondant-covered cutting cake (not pictured).

Giraffe Cupcake Tower

This cupcake tower was ordered for a 50th birthday for a lady who loves all things giraffe. The cupcakes were orange poppyseed and strawberry mud, topped with handmade giraffe print discs, and the cutting cake was chocolate cake fondant-covered and decorated to look like a giraffe face.

Pram Baby Shower Cupcakes

These cupcakes were ordered for a purple and yellow themed girl baby shower, with the decorations based around a motif from the invites (at right). The regular-size cupcakes included strawberry mud (with mauve icing and bottle toppers), choc-hazelnut (with mauve bib toppers) and raspberry & white chocolate (yellow icing with purple pram toppers), and the cutting cake was a vanilla fondant-covered cake with pram motif (to match the invites) and 'baby girl' embossed in hearts across the front.

Aces Wedding Cupcake Tower

This cupcake tower was ordered for a wedding with a 1920s gangster styled theme. Regular-sized cupcakes were half strawberry mud and half white chocolate with handmade aces playing cards, and the cutting cake was a fondant-covered raspberry & white chocolate cake with the top left blank for the addition of a bride and groom figure.

Presents & Confetti 18th Cupcake Tower

Cupcake tower ordered for an 18th birthday party decorated in bright colours to match the party invitations: mini-size chocolate cupcakes with presents, handpiped 18s and edible glitter, and a chocolate fondant-covered cutting cake with the birthday girl's name embossed on the front, wired spray and edible 'confetti' scattered over.

Butterfly 18th Cupcake Tower

Regular-size vanilla cupcakes (with bright purple buttercream and handpiped 18s) and musk cupcakes (with hot pink frilly buttercream and butterflies) were coupled with a chocolate fondant-covered cutting cake (with the birthday girl's name embossed on the front) for a pink and purple themed 18th birthday party.

Old Hollywood Glamour Cupcake Tower

This cupcake tower was ordered for an "old hollywood glamour" themed 21st birthday party. The regular-sized cupcakes were chocolate and white chocolate, decorated with embossed fondant and red roses, embossed fondant and 2 lustred pearls, and smooth fondant with a black handmade bow. The cutting cake was white chocolate, filled and iced with white chocolate icing, covered in fondant and left blank on top for the addition of fresh red roses.

Butterflies, Polka Dots & Blossoms Cupcake Tower

This all-pink cupcake tower was ordered for a 4th birthday: vanilla mini-cupcakes topped with pale and hot pink buttercream swirls and butterflies, blossoms, polka dots and 4's; and a chocolate fondant-covered cutting cake with the birthday girl's name embossed into dots across the front, scattered polka dots and wired butterflies extending from the top of the cake.

Blossoms & Embossing Wedding Cupcakes - Pink

Regular-size cupcakes baked in hot pink wrappers, covered with embossed fondant*, and a matching strawberry mud cutting cake iced with strawberry fudge icing and covered in white fondant. The 'Embossed Stripe' cake design features embossed outward scatter-stripes of varying widths and a central cluster of sugar flowers.

Simple Swirls Wedding Cupcake Tower

A variety of different flavoured mini cupcakes made up this simple style cupcake tower for a wedding in the colours of apricot and mocha. The cupcake flavours included vanilla (with apricot tinted icing), chocolate, cookies & cream and sticky date, all decorated with a simple swirl of icing. The cutting cake was a chocolate cake iced with a thick layer of chocolate icing (one can never have too much chocolate icing!), covered with ivory fondant and finished with an apricot ribbon (the cake was left blank for the addition of a bride and groom topper sourced by the customer).

Red & Silver Blossom Wedding Cupcakes

This red and silver themed wedding cupcake tower included regular-sized raspberry & white chocolate cupcakes (covered with embossed fondant and a handmade red blossom), cookies & cream cupcakes (with a tall buttercream swirl, silver edible pearls and a red blossom) and a chocolate fondant-covered cutting cake (which was left blank for the addition of a customer-sourced sugar flowers).

Polka Dots & Butterflies 1st Birthday Tower

A pink-themed cupcake tower ordered for a 1st birthday celebration featuring rainbow mini cupcakes with polka dots, butterflies and 1's, and a strawberry mud fondant-covered cake with pink polka dots, "kiani" embossed into white polka dots across the front and wired butterflies to finish the look.

This cupcake tower was ordered for a black & white themed 21st birthday celebration. The cupcakes were choc-vanilla (chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream icing), baked in polka dot patty pans as a special request and decorated with hand-piped 21s. The fondant-covered cutting cake was chocolate cake, filled and coated with chocolate icing, covered in a thin layer of ivory fondant, and decorated with black polka dots and wired hearts.
